About Robert Ferguson
得獎生態攝影師 ROBERT FERGUSON，曾居港超過 30 年，著有「香港野 HONG KONG WILD CREATURES」網誌與書籍，圖文並茂記錄鏡頭下的香港珍貴物種。他希望透過教育實踐他的座右銘：觀察、尋找、發現、學習、愛上、保護。「我深信只要讓人及小孩親身走進大自然，他們就會懂得欣賞：人類與動物皆屬自然環境一分子，並不分割。」
Award-winning wildlife photographer Robert Ferguson lived in Hong Kong for over 30 years, and is the author of the blog and book 'Wild Creatures of Hong Kong', a photographic guide to the most common animal species in Hong Kong. Through education, he hopes to put his motto into practice: Look, Find, Discover, Learn, Love, Protect. "I believe if people and children get in touch with nature, they will learn that humans and animals are part of the natural environment, but not seeing nature as separate from us."

Some precious species in Lantau might go extinct in the next decade. However, the Hong Kong government's Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan 2035 lacks a concrete conservation execution plan and timeline, while over-tourism is overwhelming Hong Kong's world-class countryside. We are running out of time to turn this empty talk into action.

綠色和平是「認可慈善捐款」機構，只要捐款港幣100元或以上，即可憑收據在香港申請扣稅。Donations over HK$100 are tax-deductible.

Donations made by credit card are processed instantly. A recurring monthly payment is set up and made around the 1st of every month.
